Service Description

Firstly, We will be starting with a warm mobilisation exercise. Secondly, do some Pranayama technique called Surya Bhedana, Thirdly, we are going to do a Yoga style, called Sun Salutation. After that we will be doing some, standing poses and some seated poses. Then we will be doing another Pranayama technique, called Nadi Shodhana. Finally, we will be lying down in shavasana pose, to be finishing off by doing some meditation practice.
