• Returned items must be in the same condition you received them + in the original packaging.

• Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear back in your account.

• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. It is advised that you send returns using a tracked service or obtain proof of postage. Please ensure your order number is included in your return.

• Once your return is received, you will be refunded within 10 days, minus postage costs.

We aim to dispatch physical products within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Delivery time frames:

  • All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with a delivery time frame within 48 hours.

• Orders over £100 are eligible for free shipping. Use code ‘FREESHIPPING’ at checkout.

• However Yoga Mats are best to be delivered by DPD Group​ due to size.

• We can only guarantee your order will leave in time for delivery. We cannot guarantee your order will arrive on time, as this is down to our shipping partners.

• Import duties, taxes, + any other charges are not included in the price + are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are set by the destination country. Please check with your local customs office directly prior to placing the order.

• Once your shipment is received by the carrier, we are no longer able to make changes to your order. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before placing your order.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
