Embracing Enoughness

Enough Vs Not Enough: Lack Vs Abundance

  • Explore areas in your life where you've felt a sense of lack versus abundance. What beliefs or perceptions influence these feelings? How do they manifest in your thoughts + behaviours?

  • Write about a recent experience where you noticed a shift from feeling not enough to feeling abundant. What triggered this shift? How did it impact your perspective + overall well-being?

Perspective Of Life

  • Consider an area of your life where you currently feel not enough. How does this belief influence your perception of other aspects of your life? Explore how shifting this perspective from lack to abundance might affect your overall outlook.

  • Take time to journal about areas of your life listed below or create your own. Reflect on what aspects make you feel enough in each area + what changes you could make to shift from a perspective of lack to abundance.

    • Social life

    • Relationships

    • Home

    • Well-being

    • Finances

Reset

  • Reflect on the signs that indicate you need a reset in your life. Do these affect your feeling of ‘being enough/not enough’. What are the triggers that lead to low mood or stress? How can you recognise + respond to these signs effectively?

  • Describe your ideal self-care routine for resetting + balancing your life. What activities or practices would you include? How can you incorporate these into your weekly or monthly routine?

Feel The Feels

  • Let it out to let it go. Set a timer for 10 minutes + compassionately journal about the areas of your life where you don't feel enough. Take a break, allowing yourself to step away and refresh. Return with a fresh perspective, considering how you can take the first steps toward positive change.

Scale Of 1 To 5

  • Write your own personal scale of 1-5 to help you move from not feeling enough to feeling enough.

Gratitude + Appreciation

  • Consider an aspect of your life from the list provided above. Begin by reflecting on what you are currently grateful for in that area. Next, shift your focus to what you would like to welcome into this area.

Enough Evidence

  • Think about a specific area of your life where you currently don't feel enough. What evidence exists to challenge this belief? Consider past achievements, compliments from others, or instances where you've demonstrated resilience and strength.

Feeling Enough To Welcome More

  • Reflect on the concept that feeling enough does not prevent the desire for more. Consider what "more" looks like for you personally. What are your aspirations, dreams, and goals that you strive to achieve? Explore the difference between saying "I need" versus "I will" - acknowledging the importance of patience + trust in the process.

  • Contemplate how embodying an energy of trust and faith, rather than lack and desperation, can shape your journey towards fulfilment. Journal on the affirmations "What is meant for me is on its way to me," "This or something better," and "I'm grateful for all I have and all that is on its way to me." How do these affirmations resonate with you, and how can they guide your mindset + actions moving forward?
