  • Why do you want to make these changes? How do you envision feeling once these changes are realised? Be clear + focused on your desires.

Plan The Planting Of Seeds

  • What actionable steps can you take to work towards your goals? How will you implement these steps in a calm, realistic, + manageable way?

  • Consider setting maximums + minimums for your actions to maintain balance + avoid overwhelm.

 

Time + Energy To Bloom

  • Reflect on the timeframe needed for significant change. Are you willing to invest the necessary time + energy into your growth? Does it feel manageable? If not, then reflect on how you can make it realistic + manageable.

  • What boundaries can you establish to protect your time + energy as you pursue your goals?

Grow With Your Biology

  • Reflect on your approach to tasks + habits. Are you attempting to multitask despite its inefficiency? How can you embrace mono-tasking + prioritise tasks effectively?

  • How can you be more productive? Compassionately reflect on distractions in your life. What can you do about them?

  • Explore the concept of habit formation. How can you apply the four laws of behaviour change + habit stacking to support your goals?

Fertile Soil

  • Consider how you can prioritise your well-being while pursuing change. What self-care practices can you implement to nurture yourself during this process?

  • Reflect on any habits or behaviours that no longer serve you. How can you release these "weeds" from your life to create space for growth + well-being?​​
